Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place your unworn items in their original Lucchese packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure accurate processing.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is confirmed.
